LearnFM is a matrix of family medicine educational resources (objectives, point-of-care tools, cases, etc.) that educators and trainees can use to support learning in family medicine. LearnFM is a project of CUFMED (the Canadian Undergraduate Family Medicine Directors) with involvement from all Canadian medical school departments of family medicine with infrastructure support from the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. We started in 2006 as SHARC-FM (the Shared Canadian Curriculum in Family Medicine), and have continued to grow since.
The manuscript describing our project was published in the April 2017 edition of Canadian Family Physician and can be found here:

Our key target group is Canadian medical students doing clerkship in family medicine, though residents, practicing family physicians, and other health care professionals and trainees have found many of our resources to be useful as well. The subject areas have been determined through educational research and our materials have followed rigorous design methodology.
